ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
Dr Frankenstein opens his lab to the young and old. A great workshop for anyone who wants to see 3d printing and 3D scanning in action. In this workshop you can find out how the ThingMaker app can be used to customise your very own action hero and turn it into real 3d plastic parts which snap together for a fully functional figurine.

We'll then have a go at 3D scanning your head for 3D printing and you can become the action hero you always wanted. Download the ThingMaker app on your phone or your tablet and bring them along to the workshop for an added experience.

YOUNG MAKERS
This workshop can be suitable for teenagers from the age of 8 - 16 yrs old, if accompanied by a supervising adult.
